Refund guarantee

Providing some children (1 or 2) cannot participate in the training camp due to illness, the whole camping costs will be refunded for the missing person - it will be settled with the group leader on spot.

If this number exceeds 2 and the group still wishes to take advantage of the offered facilities, our fixed expenses calculated for the missing people will be deducted (cost of the lane, the fee of the guide, possible changes in the room arrangement, etc.) and we will pay back the remaining amount to the group leader.

If the whole group should cancel the training camp due to unforeseen reasons, or the minimum number of final participants should fall below 15 - instead of the recommended 20 - the refund guarantee exclusively applies to the amount remaining after deducting the forfeit demand of the ordered services /swimming pool, accommodation, etc./ and the expenses concerning reservation of Junior club.

Our prices are calculated for full days. Providing a meal is omitted on the day of arrival or departure, its price will be refunded on spot.
